Robert J. Epstein, Esq. - Of Counsel

Bob received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 1993. He is licensed to practice law in the States of New York (Appellate Division, 2nd Department) and New Jersey. Bob has been “Of Counsel” to Lissner & Lissner LLP since 1999.

His areas of practice include Elder Law, Estate Planning and Medicaid Planning, with particular emphasis on protecting assets for Holocaust Survivors who are the recipients of restitution as well as establishing Medicaid eligibility for individuals of all background.

Bob has been instrumental in the development and implementation of the Victim of Nazi Persecution Restitution Trust(r) and Trust for Inherited Payments to Victims of Nazi Persecution(r) as a means of sheltering assets and obtaining Medicaid benefits for Holocaust Survivors and their heirs.
